• Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.

• If you purchased more than 1 bottle, all remaining unopened bottles must be returned.

• You are responsible for packaging and shipping the return at your own cost.

• Refunds are for product cost only. Shipping costs are not refundable.

• Orders over $300 will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

• To protect against fraud, this guarantee is valid only on your first order.

Additional Return & Refund Rules

• If you are returning a product because you did not like the flavor, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and shipping costs are not refundable.

• If you knowingly purchase a product despite having an allergy or a condition that prevents you from taking it, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

• If you enter an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, we will attempt to notify you. If we do not receive a response within 10 business days, we will issue a refund minus a 25% restocking fee, and shipping is not refundable.
