30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident trying Nature’s Pure Blend. Your first order of each product is eligible for our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the terms below.
First Order of Each Product Only
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to a customer's first order of each individual product from Nature’s Pure Blend.
For example, if you purchase Nitric Oxide Flow for the first time, that order may qualify for the guarantee. If you later purchase a different Nature’s Pure Blend product for the first time, that product may also qualify.
Repeat purchases of the same product, subscription renewals, recurring shipments, and subsequent orders of a product you have previously purchased are not eligible for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Return Authorization Required
All eligible return requests must be submitted to and approved by our Customer Support team within 30 days of the applicable order date.
Before sending any product back, you must contact support@naturespureblend.com to request a return and receive return instructions, including the correct return address.
Do not send a return without first contacting Customer Support and receiving return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund.
Returns Must Be Sent to the Correct Address
Approved returns must be shipped to the specific return address provided by our Customer Support team.
Do not return products to an address shown on the original package, shipping label, website, or other correspondence unless Customer Support specifically instructs you to use that address.
Products sent to an incorrect or unauthorized address may be disposed of, lost, or otherwise unrecoverable, and we may be unable to issue a refund for those products.
How to Request a Return
To request a return under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, contact:
Please include your name, order number, and reason for the return.
If your return qualifies, our Customer Support team will provide the required return instructions and correct return address.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the applicable order date and must follow the return instructions provided by Customer Support.
Additional Return & Refund Rules
- If you are returning a product because you did not like the flavor, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and shipping costs are not refundable.
- If you knowingly purchase a product despite having an allergy or a condition that prevents you from taking it, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
- If you enter an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, we will attempt to notify you. If we do not receive a response within 10 business days, we will issue a refund minus a 25% restocking fee, and shipping is not refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account.
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to Manage Subscription.
- Select Manage.
- Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.

You may also cancel your subscription by calling 831-525-0749 during our normal business hours. Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST
To protect your privacy and the security of your account, we must verify your identity before processing any account changes.
After-Hours Voicemail
If you are requesting cancellation outside of business hours, please leave the following information in your voicemail:
- Full name
- Email address associated with your order
- Order number (if available)
- Phone number associated with your account
If we are unable to verify your identity based on the information provided in your voicemail, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the information available to us. We are unable to process account changes until your identity has been successfully verified.
Email Support
If you email us requesting cancellation, you will receive an automated response with instructions and a direct link to our secure online subscription portal, where you can cancel your subscription 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For your privacy and security, we do not process subscription cancellations directly through email, as we are often unable to verify account ownership based solely on the email received. If you are unable to access your online account, please contact our Customer Support team by phone so we can assist you with identity verification.

Cancellation Deadline
Cancellation requests must be completed at least two (2) days before your next scheduled rebill date to prevent your next recurring order from processing.
Cancellation requests submitted within the two (2) day period before your scheduled rebill may not prevent the upcoming order from processing.
Processed & Shipped Orders
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Any cancellation request received after an order has entered processing or has shipped will apply to future recurring billing cycles.
Shipping Times
We provide multiple shipping options, including expedited shipping for a small fee. For free standard shipping, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Shipping Coverage
At this time, we only ship within the USA. We plan to expand internationally in the future as local laws permit.
Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, which will also be sent via email, so you can see when your order is expected to arrive.
Product Quality
